Cooking Class includes:

• Welcome aperitif
• Printed recipe of the day
• Approximately 3-hour cooking class
• Selection of local cured meats and cheeses
• Tasting of 3 Abruzzo DOC wines
• Tasting of the dishes prepared during the class
• Coffee and a live Ferratelle cooking demonstration
